Wine Store Owner insists "Old Fashioned Values and Service" is Essential.

The owner in question is Kevin Lind of Artisan Fine Wine Suppliers, and he says that it is just his natural way with customers because of the style of old fashioned service he observed and enjoyed as a child growing up in rural New Zealand.
The local Butcher, Grocer and Clothes Line Prop Maker would all go out of their way to look after their customers, making sure their needs and expectations were met to the best of their ability.
It is this same style of old fashioned service that Kevin hopes to bring you at his well appointed new wine store in the classy Elliott Stables behind Smith and Caugheys in the Auckland CBD.

Hi Kevin,

Just a quick note to say thanks and I wish you had a shop in Budapest...I really miss being able to pop in and see you, rattle off what I'm planning for dinner and be given great wine recommendations - always a great match!  And a pleasure to stop by to chat to you, check out what you had in stock and maybe even a cheeky tasting!

I have two big things to thank you for, for sorting out for me in 2008:
The bottle of port for James from his birth year went down a treat - thanks for finding that for me, I'm hoping to be there when he opens it!
And a very large thanks for sorting out the "care package" to my parents at such short notice - they loved the selection you put together - they have such different tastes so a couple of things for them individually to enjoy and a couple of things to share hit just the right note!!  Can I also add they were pleased and surprised when you replaced the pack that the delivery service managed to smash prior to all the paperwork being sorted out?

Of course this is all leading to a few orders for Christmas & a question about shipping a mixed case of NZ's finest to Budapest in the New Year!!!
